A growing Managed Service Providor is looking for an experience IT Field Engineer to join the team, working hybrid across the business' offices and on site with clients across North Wales, Cheshire and North West Region. No two days will be the same with a lot of interesting project work to be completed. As a Field Engineer you will you be doing? * Liaising with clients and providing on-site support, installations, maintenance and upgrades * Installation and maintenance/testing of Cat 5/6 cabling * Hosted VOIP setup & installations including roll out of phone systems, handsets and door entry systems (3cx) * CCTV Installations * Installations of networking equipment * Responding to faults and replacing equipment * Servicing and upgrading of IT products and services * Working hours – Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm * Part of 24/7 on call rota * Occasional requirement to attend our datacentres * Continuous learning, undertake training on bespoke software and hardware partnerships that the company has Skills and experience we are looking for in a field engineer; * Previous experience within a similar role within an MSP environment and field work * Experience installing hosted VoIP including 3cx, Yeastar * Experience with Microsoft cloud-based services, including 365, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams and MS Office Suite * Networking/Routing/Firewall experience * Project experience of network design, implementation and troubleshooting * Full clean driving license to be driving the company vehicle, at times you may need to use your own vehicle, mileage can be reclaimed Why do you want to work for us? * Collaborative and team playing culture with the autonomy to manage your work when on site * Opportunity for continuous personal development * Competitive Salary * Team pay day lunch on us * Your birthday off on us * Snacks and refreshments stocked for team to help themselves * Employee health package * Company Van and/or business mileage reclaimed for own vehicle use Competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, with career development and salary reviews
