À propos

Are you the go-to fixer who also loves building a strong team?

Imagine stepping into the plant for your 2nd shift. A line needs a VFD parameter check. The compressor is nearing a PM threshold. Your techs look to you for direction—you set priorities, keep safety tight, and get the facility through a demanding production window. That's the impact you'll have as our Plant Equipment Maintenance Supervisor.

  • Maintain disciplined records: work orders, inventory, and equipment histories.
  • Model non-negotiable safety: Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and confined space compliance.
  • Align maintenance priorities with Production, QA, and Sanitation to hit throughput and quality goals.
  • Hold the line on GMP and OSHA compliance while supporting upgrades and continuous improvement.
