UNARMED OR ARMED SECURITY OFFICER - Part Time

Schedule: 7pm-3am OR 8pm-4am; 7 days a week

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team for a luxury Apartment complex. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises through foot patrol.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
• Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks.
• Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and provide detailed reports on incidents.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious activities and reporting them accordingly.

Skills

• Driver's license required. Security experience preferred.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse individuals.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
