We are seeking a Cybersecurity Lead who will lead the overall Cybersecurity Management program in Mujin US and Europe office covering Product Security Compliance and Enterprise Security Management. This role will proactively identify customer security requirements in delivery projects and liaise with relevant Mujin's team to deliver the request and manage the service delivery expectations
Position Description:
- Respond to external cybersecurity inquiry including from external auditors, government authorities, or assessment from Mujin customers
- Contribute to the adoption of Mujin Product Security Framework in relation to product development and deployment activities performed in Mujin US and Europe office
- Drive the Information Security Management System (ISMS) program to comply with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standards. Build an end-to-end plan and execute the program to achieve Mujin Global Cybersecurity certification goals:
- Close coordination with the global team and liaise with local office team
- Adopt, localize and implement global security policies and risk management program
- Incorporate security requirements from regulatory compliance and Mujin's customer
- Maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation and awareness of cybersecurity / risk management
- Perform cybersecurity operational activities (not limited to):
- Employee security onboarding, awareness and training
- Security review and consultation request (e.g., supplier risk, cloud onboarding and application review)
- Incident response and handling
- Supporting global security programs such as infrastructure and endpoint security, DLP, threat and vulnerability management
- Collaborate with technical personnel both inside and outside of the team to implement the cybersecurity program
- Provide support on cybersecurity-related activities or work that is important for the company
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience required in a relevant field.
- Experience as cybersecurity specialist or engineer with security technical knowledge, secure product development process (minimum 5 years for lead position).
- Experience and proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, Go, Rust, or C++, for security automation, scripting, or technical analysis purposes.
- Strong familiarity with Linux environments, including Linux basic commands, log analysis, and usage of common debugging and troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline processes, including understanding of how security controls integrate into build, test, and deployment workflows (e.g., security scanning, policy enforcement, approvals).
- Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience with information security management systems (ISMS) audit and standards/frameworks, including ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443, OWASP, CIS, and FedRAMP.
- Knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity and privacy laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer relationships.
- Teamwork and ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field and/or certifications (CISSP, CISM, PMP, ISO 27001, OSCP, CompTIA, CCSP) holder
- More than 7 years of cybersecurity operations and/or security risk management experience.
- Sound technical expertise in the cybersecurity, privacy and data protection fields.
- Proven record of implementing organizational governance, risk, and compliance programs to meet standards, regulatory requirements and obtaining industry certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, IEC 62443, SOC 2).
Physical Demands/ Work Environment:
- Travel Requirement: Less than 5%,
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to work extended hours as required
