Position Overview
We are seeking highly motivated, entrepreneurial sales professionals to join our team as 100% commission-based Sales Representatives. This role offers unlimited earning potential for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and are passionate about selling innovative Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
*Identify and engage prospective clients who require Salesforce implementation and consulting services.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in target organizations.
*Present Serendib Consulting's value proposition clearly and persuasively.
*Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with our consulting team to ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Ideal Candidate
*Proven sales experience, preferably in technology or consulting services focused on Salesforce.
*Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
*Comfortable with a 100% commission compensation structure and motivated by high earning potential.

Must-Have Qualifications to Be Considered for This Role

Legal Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the relevant country without sponsorship.

Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in technology, software, or consulting services, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Self-Motivation & Resilience: Ability to thrive in a 100% commission-based role, maintaining motivation and persistence despite income fluctuations and sales challenges.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and persuade prospective clients.

CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate pipeline data.

Independent Work Capability: Comfortable working remotely and independently, managing your own schedule and sales pipeline without direct supervision.

Client-Focused Approach: Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly, building long-term relationships based on trust and value.

Basic Technical Understanding: Familiarity with Salesforce platform concepts or willingness to quickly learn the fundamentals of Salesforce consulting services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant experience can substitute for formal education.
  • Experience Selling Salesforce or Cloud-Based Solutions: Prior exposure to Salesforce products or other SaaS/cloud platforms is highly advantageous.
  • Proven Track Record in Commission-Based Sales: Demonstrated success in roles with similar compensation structures, showing ability to close deals and generate revenue consistently.
  • Strong Networking Skills: Ability to build and leverage professional networks, including experience using platforms like LinkedIn to generate leads and nurture relationships.
  • Consultative Selling Skills: Experience in solution-based selling where understanding client needs and tailoring offerings is key to closing deals.
  • Familiarity with Public Sector or Enterprise Clients: Experience working with government or large organizations is a plus, especially given Serendib Consulting's interest in public sector teaming opportunities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital sales tools, CRM systems, and virtual communication platforms to manage sales processes efficiently.

Important Note
This is a 100% commission-based role with no base salary. Income will fluctuate based on sales performance, making this position best suited for confident, resilient sales professionals who excel in a results-oriented environment.
