Cake Decorator

Duties:
- Create and decorate cakes according to customer requests and specifications
- Use various tools and techniques to apply icing, fondant, and other decorative elements
- Design and create custom cake decorations, including flowers, figures, and themed designs
- Ensure cakes are finished and presented in a visually appealing manner
- Collaborate with the catering team to coordinate cake orders for events and special occasions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cake decorating area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cake decorator in a catering or restaurant setting
- Strong artistic skills with the ability to create intricate designs
- Knowledge of different types of icing, fondant, and other cake decorating materials
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
