Founded in 2018, Little Stars Therapy Services (LSTS) is a trusted provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, parent consultation, and community outreach in the Wichita area. We're proud to offer evidence-based, engaging, and family-centered care that brings meaningful change to the lives of the children and families we serve.

• One-on-One Impact: Deliver individualized instruction and behavioral support in clinic, home, and community settings.

• Skill Building: Help children develop essential life skills, including communication, socialization, play, toilet training, and fine/gross motor abilities.

• Data-Driven Care: Accurately track and report client progress toward behavioral goals using proven ABA techniques.

• Collaborative Teamwork: Partner with fellow technicians and clinical supervisors to ensure high-quality, consistent care for every client.

• Ongoing Training: Complete a paid, two-week comprehensive training program designed to equip you for success - no prior ABA experience required, but preferred

• Heart for Helping: A genuine passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.

• Physically Capable: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active movement throughout the day (sitting, standing, walking, running, bending).

Please Note: This position requires completion of the 40-Hour Behavior Technician Course Certification and Diploma and/or Transcripts prior to your start date.

Adequate time will be provided between your offer date and start date to ensure you have time to complete this requirement.
