Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leadto oversee daily operations and lead a team within our quick food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain operational efficiency. This role offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills while contributing to the success of our store. The Team Lead will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and supporting sales initiatives to meet business goals.

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training and ongoing coaching.
  • Oversee employee orientation, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and purchasing activities to optimize product availability.
  • Handle customer service issues with professionalism and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Oversee POS transactions, cash handling, and cashiering duties with accuracy.
  • Maintain organizational standards by managing scheduling, shift management, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to liaise between staff and upper management while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with a focus on team management and customer service excellence is a plus.
  • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in training & development and employee supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, merchandising, and retail math.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately and manage retail sales operations efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with excellent time management skills; prior assistant manager or supervisory experience is desirable.
