Lodge Housekeeping

Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor, Lead Housekeeper, and Lodge Manager

Hours: Part-Time

Days:Saturday and Sunday

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests at all times.
• Obtains a list of rooms from the Housekeeping Supervisor and/or Lead Housekeeper for duties of the day.
• Ensure all necessary supplies are maintained at proper levels.
• Maintain assigned storage areas and all pertinent equipment.
• Clean guest rooms and other assigned areas.
• Empties wastebaskets, dusts, polishes room furniture, washes walls, partitions, air vents, disinfects and deodorizes toilet bowls, bathrooms, etc.
• Cleans bathroom areas including tub, tile, walls, toilet, floors and vanity.
• Communicates status of cleaned rooms and other spaces to Housekeeping Supervisor and/or Lead Housekeeper.
• Assists with scheduled deep cleaning of guest room.
• Respond to guest's inquiries of needed items.
• All other duties as assigned.

UNIFORM:

• Issued uniform top
• Black pants
• Black shoes (no open-toed)

• Sokaogon Gaming Commission (SGC) issued Gaming License/ID Badge.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must have two forms of ID, one of which must be a photo ID.
• Successfully complete a 60-day probationary period.
• Take and pass Title 31 compliance test within 30 days of hire.
• Physically able to perform all aspects of the position.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Basic understanding of cleaning and housekeeping
• Ability to understand safe chemical handling.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to interact well with department co-workers and guests.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background investigation and be approved for a valid gaming license.
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test per Sokaogon Gaming Enterprise Corporation (SGEC) Drug and Alcohol Policy.
• Native American preference granted according to P.L

Provide exceptional customer service to our guests at all times. Regularly performs the full range and scope of housekeeping services that include, but are not limited to: cleaning guests' rooms, public spaces, storage areas, exterior spaces, etc. These services include, but are not limited to: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, washing, moving items, polishing, cleaning, removal of debris/trash, transporting clean and dirty linen/towels, etc.
