Core Responsibilities

• Engage customers immediately with strong product knowledge and warm service
• Drive sales by educating customers, making recommendations, and confidently closing
• Assist with fish, reptiles, small animals, and basic husbandry guidance
• Handle phone calls, in-store questions, and CRM follow-ups
• Maintain clean, organized sales floors and eye-catching product displays
• Support stocking, customer carry-outs, and general store upkeep
• Execute weekend promotions, events, and seasonal sales pushes
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to hit weekly and monthly goals

Requirements

• Previous inside sales experience required
• Must be able to work full-time, including Saturday and Sunday
• Basic knowledge of animals, aquatics, reptiles, and pet products
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and customer-service focus
• Positive attitude, high energy, and consistent follow-through
