Plumber

Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, custon homes
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and installation of plumbing systems
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as electricians and carpenters, to ensure efficient and effective installation
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues
- Some mechanical knowledge of hydronic heat is preffered

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Proficient in using power tools and equipment related to plumbing work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints for plumbing system installation
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving purposes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills

Skills:
- Plumbing experience, including knowledge of pipe threading, pipe fitting, and soldering techniques
- Maintenance Person skills for general repairs and maintenance tasks
- Familiarity with power tools used in plumbing work, such as pipe cutters, wrenches, and drills
- Ability to read and understand blueprints for plumbing system installation
- Mechanical knowledge for understanding the operation of plumbing fixtures and appliances
