Shift Lead

We just opened the first location of Roll 'Em Up Taquitos in Nebraska and we are looking for great people to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hard working, responsible, willing to learn and a great people person. While prior management experience or shift lead experience is wanted, it isnt a requirement.

We are hiring for part time positions. The store is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, so we have the flexibility and hours to fit your schedule.

Shift leads can earn up to $20 on hour or more. Pay rates are based on the skills and abilities of the applicant.

Cashier Responsibilities

• Interact with our guests, taking their orders and answering questions.
• Helping the cooks as needed.
• General cleaning and organization of the restaurant
• Help in getting the restaurant set in the morning and closing the restaurant in the evening.

Cook Responsibilities:

• Prep items for meal services.
• Prepare guest orders.
• General cleaning and organization of the restaurant
• Help in getting the restaurant set in the morning and closing the restaurant in the evening.

Shift Lead Responsibilities:

• Shift lead will fill a cook or cashier position.
• Enforcing and maintaining the set standards for the store.
• Supervising other team members to make sure they are following the company standards.
• Handling any guests issues.
• Making sure the restaurant is properly opened and closed.
• Managing staff labor according to the store volume.
