Salary Range: $35, $45,000.00 per year

Active PA Property & Casualty License (Required)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with agency management software.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a positive and helpful demeanor.

Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, and billing inquiries.

Provide accurate information about insurance products and services.

Process new business applications and policy renewals efficiently.

Maintain policyholder records with precision and ensure data integrity.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
