Association of California Nurse Leaders (ACNL) invites qualified individuals to submit a proposal for services as a Research Project Manager. The Research Project Manager will provide oversight, coordination, and implementation support for research initiatives conducted under the ACNL Research Study titled : Understanding and Improving Psychological Safety in California's Nursing Workforce.

Scope of Work

The Research Project Manager will be responsible for:

A. Project Planning and Coordination

B. Research Oversight

C. Reporting and Dissemination

D. Budget and Resource Management

E. Communication and Collaboration

Deliverables:

Approved project timeline and management plan.

Monthly progress updates and financial summaries.

Final research report and documentation package.

Data management plan and dissemination strategy.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in nursing, public health, health administration, or related field.

Minimum of three years of experience in research project management or coordination.

Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology, data management, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Proficiency with project management software and data systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with multi-site or grant-funded research projects.

Familiarity with healthcare and nursing leadership research.

Prior experience working with professional associations or academic institutions.

Proposals must include the following:

Cover Letter summarizing interest, qualifications, and availability.

Technical Proposal detailing understanding of the project, proposed approach, and management plan.

Budget Proposal with hourly or project-based rates, and any anticipated travel or administrative costs.

Resume/CV.

References (minimum of three professional references).
