Hourly Wage

The hourly pay range for this position is$25.00 per hour - $26.00 per hour. Benefits are provided in accordance with the location's Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Part-Time Floor Tech – $500 Sign-On Bonus

We're now offering a $500 sign-on bonus for all new employees hired into this role between July 8, 2025, and December 31, 2025

• $250 paid after 30 days of employment
• $250 paid after 90 days of employment

Key Purpose

Floor Technicians are responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpet (stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction & bonneting) of areas that include offices, corridors, lobbies, entrances, stairwells, and other public areas such as break rooms.
