We're Hiring: Bilingual Hardscape Foreman (English/Spanish)
Shellscapes – Bainbridge

Are you a skilled hardscaper with leadership experience? Do you speak both English and Spanish? We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Foreman to join our team and help lead high-quality outdoor construction projects.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a crew on residential and commercial hardscaping projects (patios, retaining walls, pavers, etc.)
• Read and interpret plans/layouts
• Manage timelines, materials, and ensure top-quality craftsmanship
• Communicate clearly with both crew members and clients in English and Spanish

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2–3 years of hardscape/landscape construction experience
• Proven leadership or foreman experience
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license required
