Hotel Night Auditor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our. This role is essential for ensuring smooth overnight operations, accurate financial reporting, and exceptional guest service during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills, excellent guest relations abilities, and experience in hotel or front desk operations. Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly valued to enhance guest interactions and communication. Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of hotel transactions, including room charges, payments, and billing accuracy
• Balance accounts and prepare detailed reports for management review
• Assist guests with late check-ins, check-outs, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy
• Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications in hotel management systems
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight hours
• Address guest concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and positive guest relations
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or room discrepancies
• Uphold hospitality standards by providing exceptional customer service at all times

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or night audit roles preferred
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse guests
• Familiarity with hotel operations, including night audit procedures and hotel management practices
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy
