Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper sanitation practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Basic math skills for managing tabs and processing payments.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
