We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Caregivers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others. This role involves providing personal care and supportive services to clients in their homes while ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

Duties

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation support
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments as assigned
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervisor
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
• Uphold client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Caregiver
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid government-issued photo ID
• Ability to pass a background check
• Current TB test and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to follow care plans and agency policies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $15.00 per hour
