We're expanding and looking for an energetic, goal-driven Leasing Sales Representative (BDR) to help fill new and upcoming units. If you enjoy connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by results — we want to hear from you.

Position Summary

As a Leasing Sales Representative, your primary focus will be outbound and inbound lead engagement — reaching out to potential renters, following up on inquiries, and scheduling tours for our leasing team.

You'll act as the first point of contact for prospects, ensuring every lead receives prompt, professional, and friendly communication. Your goal: keep the phones ringing, the inboxes clear, and our properties leased up fast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to new and existing leads.
  • Follow up quickly on all incoming inquiries through phone and online platforms.
  • Qualify leads and schedule property tours with the on-site leasing team.
  • Maintain accurate and organized lead notes within CRM or property management systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, call center, or customer outreach (real estate or property management experience a plus).
  • Comfortable making a high volume of daily calls and follow-ups.
  • Strong communication, listening, and time management skills.
  • Professional, upbeat phone presence.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online lead platforms.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends for special leasing events or campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using AppFolio or similar CRM/property management software.
  • Previous experience in a BDR, inside sales, or leasing sales role.

Schedule

  • 8-hour day shift (Monday–Friday)
  • Occasional weekend flexibility for events or outreach campaigns

  • Reliable transportation required
