Case Manager for Psychiatric/MAT services

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time Case Manager to join our behavioral healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of mental health and substance use disorders.

Duties

• Scheduling appointments
• Patient outreach
• Billing in electronic health record system
• Assist patients with insurance needs
• Assist with transportation, when needed
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Support patients dealing with behavioral health issues
• Gathering lab results
• Gathering grant-related information

Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health is desirable.
• Knowledge of managed care principles and patient service best practices.
• Previous experience in outpatient clinics or related environments is advantageous.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
