Lead Dental Assistant

VIBE Dental is growing fast and we're looking for a Lead Dental Assistant who brings skill, confidence, and great energy to the team. This role supports our doctors, helps train newer assistants, and works closely with our Director and Practice Manager to keep clinical operations running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Assist doctors with all clinical procedures while delivering a comfortable, friendly patient experience
• Help lead and support the assistant team with training, setup, cleanup, and daily systems
• Keep rooms stocked, organized, and ready to flow
• Maintain high standards for sterilization, safety, and efficiency
• Jump in where needed and help create a positive, motivated, fun environment
• Work with leadership to improve systems and keep everything running smooth

What we're looking for

• 3 years + Dental assisting experience required
• EFDA is a plus but not required
• Someone who enjoys leading by example and supporting the team
• Great communicator with a calm, positive attitude
• Organized, reliable, and able to keep up in a fast-moving, high-energy practice
• A team player who brings good vibes and takes pride in their work

Pay: $ $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
