Night Auditor

Are you detail-oriented and skilled at managing operations during the overnight shift? We're seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to ensure smooth hotel operations and exceptional guest service overnight, generally 10pm to 6am. In this role, you will be responsible for independently handling audit work, managing front desk operations, and ensuring security and accuracy.

Your Role:

As a Night Auditor, you will oversee the hotel's operations during the overnight shift, handling audit tasks, front desk responsibilities, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your mission is to maintain accuracy in all transactions, manage nightly procedures, and provide excellent service. Some of your key responsibilities include:

• Complete the Night Audit checklist for computer procedures and run all reports as required for audit completion.
• Balance the day's work (i.e., movie revenue, telephone postings, valet, laundry, server and desk agent's paperwork, etc.).
• Maintain cashiering responsibilities.
• Ensure public areas are clean, locked and secured.
• Assist guests at the Front Desk with any check-ins, check-outs, or inquiries.
• Follow safety and emergency procedures according to hotel standards.
• Complete the initial direct bills daily and place on GM desk; Attach all folio/banquet check back-up to the bills.
