Fitzpatrick Lentz & Bubba, P.C. (FLB) is seeking a skilled Estates Administrative Assistant to support attorneys and paralegals handling estate and trust matters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants long-term growth in one of the most rewarding areas of law.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, edit and format estate and trust documents and correspondence
- Manage client files and maintain accurate records
- Track deadlines and maintain calendars for attorneys and paralegals
- Assist with billing, time entry, and expense tracking
- Coordinate communications with clients, courts and financial institutions
- Support estate and trust administration tasks from document gathering to follow-ups
What You Bring
- Administrative or legal assistant experience in estates
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to stay ahead of deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, legal and transcription software
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
