Hotel Security Guard

We're looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Security Guard to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. This role is crucial to upholding our high standards of hospitality while ensuring the safety and security of everyone on the property.

• Protect and Serve: Greet and assist guests with a positive demeanor, provide directions, and respond to safety concerns. Conduct regular patrols of the property, monitor surveillance systems, and control access to restricted areas.
• Respond and Report: Handle emergencies promptly, document and report incidents or suspicious behavior, and manage lost and found items.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and local law enforcement when needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and stand/walk for long periods.
• Must be flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
