Position Overview 

As an Electric Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced electricians to learn and perform residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, eager to grow, and passionate about mastering the electrical craft.

Requirements

• Assist licensed electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
• Learn to troubleshoot wiring, circuits, fixtures, breakers, and electrical components
• Support electricians with running conduit, pulling wire, and setting electrical panels
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Follow all OSHA, safety, and company guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers when needed
• Participate in ongoing technical training and skill development
• Represent Heart of Ohio with professionalism, quality workmanship, and excellent service

• Strong interest in the electrical trade 
• No prior experience required we provide full training
• Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and ladders
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
