EdTech company helping IT professionals land jobs in the US & Europe. We built an AI-powered platform (GoOffer Hub) processing 5,000+ job applications per month. Growing fast: $20K → $100K MRR in a year.

The Role:
Build features across our AI-driven job search platform. Work on frontend, backend, or full-stack as we scale internationally and transform into a self-serve SaaS product.

What You'll Do:

• Develop new features for GoOffer Hub platform
• Build AI-powered automation (job matching, application processing, resume optimization)
• Integrate with external APIs (job boards, ATS systems, LinkedIn)
• Create internal tools for operations team
• Optimize performance & scalability
• Work on both frontend (React) and backend )
• Support international expansion features
• Collaborate with product & design on user experience

Requirements:

• 2+ years software development experience
• Strong with at least one: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or
• Experience building web applications
• Understanding of APIs, databases, cloud platforms
• Clean code practices & version control (Git)
• Problem-solving mindset
• Fast learner, comfortable with new technologies
• English fluent

Nice to Have:

• Full-stack experience (React + backend)
• AI/ML integration experience
• EdTech or SaaS platform background
• Experience with automation at scale
• DevOps skills (Docker, CI/CD)
• Startup experience
