Jobs Description:

Performs all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the manufacturing plant in the areas of Quality, Safety and Reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical skills including but not limited to mechanical, Electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting production machines of tableting, capsulation and packaging line machines.
• Locates sources of problems by observing devices in operation.
• Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints to assemble/troubleshoot products.
• Train production workers on routine preventive maintenance.
• Working knowledge of electrical PLCs.
• Performs in-depth troubleshooting and analysis of electrical control systems and including PLC's and Field IO modules.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Maintenance Mechanical Experience in the Dietary Supplement or Pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
• Must have experience in production machines of tableting, capsulation and packaging line machines.
• Working knowledge of GMP's.
• Minimum 3years related technical experience in Elector-Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of system maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55, $95,000.00 per year
