On-Demand Dispatcher Needed

We are a fast-paced Logistics company looking to immediately fill our on-demand dispatcher position in our Saddlebrook location. We have been servicing our clients for over 20 years and have achieved incredible growth creating a need for several new Dispatcher positions. Starting pay is $18-20/hr. but is negotiable to a higher amount with proven experience.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Starting at $19.00 an hour-Full-time

As a Dispatcher you will be part of a fast-paced dispatch team maintaining our fleet of on-demand and routed drivers. Due to time-sensitive nature of our business, multi-tasking must be a strength and candidates will be required to maintain positive attitudes with enthusiasm and high energy throughout the day.

Your duties may include:

• Must have multi-tasking abilities and can thrive in a fast-paced environment that changes daily
• Build professional rapport with the fleet and establish mutual understanding of clients' concerns and needs
• Dispatch job orders to couriers
• Research and analyze route pickups efficiently
• Follow up with issues from pickups and/or deliveries
• Review workload and ensure pickups occur properly
• Assist train and maintain driver fleet
• Run reports on a daily basis

Requirements:

• Full-time including after-hours and weekends
• Working knowledge of Tri-State area
• Active listener with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work well under pressure
