Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems.

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks,Maintaining Pool area, and controling Ptek, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment

• Conduct repairs on machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, and other building components

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency

• Troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools and equipment

• Fabricate parts or components as needed

• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Experience:

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and logic controllers

• Proficient in reading technical manuals and blueprints

• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively

• Basic welding skills are a plus

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and analytically

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact professionally with staff and clients
