Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Scrum Master
with a strong background in
data, analytics, and cloud-based data platforms
. The ideal candidate excels at guiding cross-functional teams, removing impediments, and enabling high‑quality delivery of data products such as data pipelines, dashboards, data models, and machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Team Facilitation

• Lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, ensuring consistent adoption of Scrum best practices.
• Remove blockers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Data Project Leadership

• Partner with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, BI Developers, and Product Owners to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Support the development of data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, data models, and analytics dashboards.
• Ensure data requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Product Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Provide visibility into team progress, risks, and dependencies.

Process Optimization

• Identify and implement improvements to Agile processes, team velocity, and delivery quality.
• Promote metrics-driven decision-making using burndown charts, velocity trends, and team performance indicators.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8+ years of experience as a
  Scrum Master
  or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Hands-on experience supporting
  data, analytics, or cloud data platform projects
  .
• Strong understanding of data concepts: ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data lakes, SQL, BI tools, and data governance.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional technical teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification: CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Background in healthcare
