Night Auditor/overnight position

We are seeking a Night Auditor and afternoon to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate financial reporting.

• Conduct the night audit process to verify all financial transactions of the day
• Manage front desk activities such as check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Operate phone systems and assist with guest requests
• Ensure the security of the hotel during the night shift
• Prepare daily reports and distribute them to appropriate departments

• Strong customer service and guest relations skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
