Computer Refurbish Technician

Monday-Friday - 6:00am - 2:30pm

warehouse environment

Responsibilities:

• Perform hardware swaps for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
• Complete routine software updates, installations, and basic configurations
• Conduct data wiping using provided tools and procedures
• Troubleshoot simple hardware and software issues and escalate when necessary
• Document work performed and track equipment changes
• Assist with organizing equipment and maintaining inventory
• Provide professional and courteous support to staff
• Follow all IT procedures, security guidelines, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Comfortable using computers and learning hands-on technical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour
