Seeking Property Manager / Senior Leasing Consultant

Apartment Leasing Solutions is partnering with a growing, local St. Louis management company to find top tier talent Currently seeking 2-3 outstanding experienced Leasing Consultants or entry level Property Managers for its rapidly growing St. Louis portfolio.

Salary base up to $50,000 per year, combined with commission potential; up to $70-$80,000 per year. Commission on both new leases and renewals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the property and all general operations
• Ensure daily operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance and resident items
• Execute all Leasing Tasks for the property; from lead to lease, including property tours, application processing, and lease signing, follow ups and move ins.
• Resident Renewals
• Be knowledgeable of landlord-tenant laws, all Fair Housing practices and guidelines
• Coordinate property maintenance requests and communicate with facilities management teams
• Ensure all leasing and resident activities adhere to legal standards and company policies
• Foster positive relationships with residents through excellent customer service skills

Experience

• 2-3 years proven experience in property management or apartment leasing role with a focus on leasing operations
• Strong knowledge Landlord-Tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and Contracts law
• Experience using Appfolio a plus, or similar property management software
• Demonstrated success in effective leasing and property management
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
• Office experience including data entry, filing, customer relationship management (CRM)
• Familiarity with property maintenance coordination
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
