Job Overview:

This role supports the integration and enhancement of financial systems, with a focus on ERP administration, process improvement, and cross-functional project execution. The successful candidate will bring a solid foundation in financial operations and system workflows, along with experience managing system upgrades, integrations, and functional enhancements. Acting as a liaison between finance, operations, and technical teams, this individual will help improve system performance and support internal users through change initiatives and process transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Systems & ERP Support:

  • Serve as the lead administrator for the financial system, handling structural updates, ledger maintenance, access configurations, and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with business units and technical staff to define, design, and deploy process enhancements and interface connections between financial platforms and related applications.
  • Analyze ERP utilization and recommend system changes to maximize automation and operational effectiveness.
  • Test, document, and validate updates to system integrations, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with internal controls.
  • Create comprehensive documentation outlining workflows, system dependencies, and configuration details.
  • Provide internal guidance and training on system use, controls, and best practices related to financial applications and user access protocols.

Project & Change Management:

  • Assist in planning and executing finance-related system projects and process improvement initiatives, including upgrades and integrations.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions using automation and system-driven strategies.
  • Facilitate coordination between stakeholders, track milestones, monitor progress, and resolve obstacles throughout project life cycles.
  • Support the development of project documentation, including timelines, task assignments, and resource planning.
  • Contribute to the implementation of change initiatives by identifying risk, proposing mitigation strategies, and promoting adoption across teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Systems); advanced certifications or project management credentials are a plus.
  • At least five years of relevant experience in financial systems or project delivery roles.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ERP platforms (NetSuite preferred) and financial operations in a corporate environment.
  • Comfortable working across teams to analyze business needs and translate them into system enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a sharp focus on detail, accuracy, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to solve problems independently and collaboratively.
