**Responsibilities:**

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience, answering questions and offering product recommendations.

• Accurately handle cash transactions, including processing payments and making change.

• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in the cash handling process.

• Manage and balance cash register, ensuring accurate records and minimizing errors.

• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns.

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of store inventory and promotions.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures; which includes communicating and delegating with coworkers.

• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service skills.

**Skills:**

• Experience in retail sales or a related field.

• Strong sales skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

• Experience in cash handling and retail math.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers and employees.

• Knowledge of products, with a willingness to learn and expand product knowledge.

• Experience in Customer/Employee relations.
