Passero Associates' Rochester, NY office is seeking an Architectural Construction Administrator who brings enthusiasm, technical curiosity, and a proactive mindset to support our growing architectural and engineering teams. This role plays a vital part in connecting design intent with built reality—managing the day-to-day coordination, documentation, and communication that drive successful project delivery.
You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects move efficiently from design through completion, maintain quality, schedule, and compliance with contract documents.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate all aspects of construction administration, including field observation reports, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.
- Ability to write specifications and contract documents.
- Review and maintain project submittal schedules; track and distribute responses to RFIs.
- Evaluate and document proposed changes to construction documents.
- Attend and document project meetings; prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
- Facilitate communication between architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Review closeout documents including warranties, record drawings, and post-construction submissions.
