,Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Staffing Manager to lead our recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will conduct full cycle staffing, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the organization attracts top talent. This role requires strong expertise in HR sourcing, recruiting, and a focus on building effective relationships. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute staffing strategies aligned with district goals.
- Identify staffing needs by reviewing our internal database.
- Extend job offers to qualified candidates.
- Ensure the new hire's I-9 form is completed accurately.
- Coordinate and participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and community events.
- Promote job positions across various channels, including social media management, and recruiting platforms.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and employee onboarding.
- Oversee internal recruiting initiatives and identify staffing needs.
- Conduct fingerprinting for new hires
- Utilize ATS platforms to track applicant flow and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Conduct employer branding activities through social media management
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Attend staffing & department meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Three years of experience in recruiting, including at least one year in a management or supervisory position; or a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 year of experience in the management in recruiting.
- Strong communication skills for engaging candidates.
- Experience with HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, research, lead generation, and relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to provide staff recruiting, training, supervision, and planning.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills.
