Maintenance and Construction Technician

Join our team as a Maintenance and Construction Technician in Northern Colorado (primarily Greeley with some time spent at our Windsor communities as necessary.) If you're skilled in building maintenance and construction, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on professional to oversee and execute maintenance, repairs, and renovations. The ideal candidate will help ensure our properties meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and complete maintenance and repair tasks.
• Utilize AppFolio software to navigate work orders and manage unit turns.
• Lead renovation and remodeling projects.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all work performed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction and building maintenance.
• Familiarity with property management software, preferably AppFolio.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
