We are hiring motivated Fulfillment Associates for our busy logistics facility in San Francisco, California. This role is central to ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, contributing directly to our supply chain success. Responsibilities include picking items, packing orders with care, and preparing them for shipment. You will work with advanced technology and be part of a fast-paced team dedicated to efficiency and quality. Safety is our highest priority in this urban logistics hub, and we provide extensive training, including comprehensive guidance on PPE and all safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and other devices.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all regulations.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
- Strictly adhere to all safety policies and the correct use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform demanding physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with warehouse technology, including scanners and WMS.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Proven understanding of and adherence to workplace safety, including correct PPE usage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
