We are looking for dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. This is a hands-on role crucial to the efficient operation of our logistics and distribution center. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. We are committed to the safety of our employees and provide thorough training on all procedures, including the proper use of required PPE. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and sort incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to company standards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
