Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to contribute to our fast-paced logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, put-away, order fulfillment, and shipping. Your work is crucial to ensuring our products reach our customers efficiently and accurately. We are committed to maintaining a safe work environment for all employees, and adherence to all Safety protocols and the use of required PPE is mandatory. This position involves significant physical exertion, including frequent bending, reaching, and substantial Lifting. Candidates must be capable of Lifting up to 50 pounds consistently. Comprehensive training will be provided for all job duties and equipment operation. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming goods.
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience in logistics or a similar field is advantageous.
