Join our logistics team as an Order Picker in Tampa, Florida! In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting items from our warehouse inventory to fulfill customer orders. Your dedication to precision ensures that our customers receive the correct products in a timely manner. This is a hands-on position that requires a focus on detail, speed, and a strong commitment to safety. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Utilize scanning equipment or pick lists to identify and retrieve items.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Stage picked items appropriately for packing and shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counting.
- Adhere to all established safety rules and company guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Must be able to perform lifting tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail required.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse logistics and inventory systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Must wear provided PPE.
