Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory, ensuring correct placement.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize appropriate PPE, including safety footwear and high-visibility vests.
- Perform regular Lifting of materials, with some items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Support overall logistics operations as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic Safety principles in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
- Familiarity with common warehouse equipment is beneficial.
This role is fundamental to our logistics capabilities and requires dedication to quality and Safety. Proper use of PPE is mandatory.
