Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Stage orders for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory according to established procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and common spaces.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Ensure all activities comply with warehouse Safety regulations and protocols.
- Proper use of all mandated PPE is required.
- Handle and move products of varying weights, requiring significant Lifting capacity (up to 50 lbs).
- Support the logistics team in various operational tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, bending, and Lifting.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
