Our Boston, Massachusetts location is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and manage daily warehouse operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and organized flow of goods within our logistics network. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory levels, coordinating shipments, optimizing warehouse layout, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics principles. You will be responsible for streamlining operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices. We prioritize a safe working environment and provide all necessary PPE . While direct physical lifting may not be a primary duty, the ability to assist and understand the physical demands of the role is important. Our commitment to safety is paramount, and you will be responsible for enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.
