Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve products from designated warehouse locations using pick lists or scanners.
- Inspect items for quality and quantity before packing.
- Package items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are protected during shipping.
- Label packages correctly for dispatch.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Maintain organized and clean workstations.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed, contributing to overall team success in logistics .
- Perform physical tasks including frequent standing, walking, and lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily packing and shipping goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Experience with warehouse equipment and scanning technology is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical demands of the job, including regular lifting .
- Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills.
