Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and efficient Material Handler to join our logistics operations in Madison, Wisconsin. As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in the smooth flow of goods within our warehouse, ensuring that materials are managed effectively from receipt to dispatch. Your responsibilities will include receiving and unpacking incoming goods, accurately storing items in designated locations, picking orders, and preparing them for shipment. This position demands a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly work environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a meticulous approach to handling inventory. While previous experience is advantageous, we encourage individuals with a strong desire to learn and contribute to our logistics team to apply, as training will be provided. Key duties involve manual dexterity, performing frequent Lifting, and navigating the warehouse. We place a high priority on safety, requiring all employees to strictly adhere to our safety policies and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials.
  • Transport materials to and from storage areas.
  • Stock shelves and maintain accurate inventory locations.
  • Pick and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
  • Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform regular Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Good physical condition and dexterity.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace and using PPE.
  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus.
