Are you a hard-working and reliable individual looking for a dynamic role? We have an immediate opening for a Warehouse Worker at our facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This position involves a wide range of duties essential to the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will be a key member of our logistics team, contributing to the efficient movement of goods and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack orders according to order forms or scanning devices.
- Prepare and load goods for shipment, ensuring correct documentation.
- Maintain an accurate record of inventory and movements.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Properly use and maintain all required PPE.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and upkeep.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to perform a variety of tasks.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
