Job Summary:
Join our thriving logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Madison, Wisconsin! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will play a key part in our supply chain, ensuring our products reach their destinations on time and in perfect condition.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
  • Sort and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and regular cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 lbs, on a regular basis.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Commitment to safety and following all guidelines.
  • Understanding of basic logistics operations.
