We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Sort and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and regular cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 lbs, on a regular basis.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Commitment to safety and following all guidelines.
- Understanding of basic logistics operations.
